Banner is moving to right side

Changed banner and moved Main menu to allover_header
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I am not a coder and don't know how to solve the problem .

My portal and forum site looks ok
But when ever I click a post to read, Banner is moving to right side and pager is getting larger.
