Own style issues vs ProSilver

What have you done before the problem was there?
Installed board3 portal v2.0.0b
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Looking around the forums, followed the xml edit instructions.

After installing and configuring the portal under prosilver I switched over to our own style. This style is based upon ProSilver and created for PHPBB 3.0.8. I edited the files needed as stated in the install.xml file. I now have a couple of issues:

After installing and configuring the portal under prosilver I switched over to our own style. This style is based upon ProSilver and created for PHPBB 3.0.8. I edited the files needed as stated in the install.xml file. I now have a couple of issues:
- Blocks don't show the title header of the block whenever the blocks placed in either the left or right column. If the custom block is placed on the center column than it is all good. Do I need to edit an additional file that I'm not aware of? I presume it has to do with some coloring but have no clue where to look.
- I set the option "Compact news block style" to no and now the text of the topic is centered and small (about 1/3 of the column size). Using ProSilver it is OK, but with my own style it is not. Did I miss an adjustment to a file?
