What have you done before the problem was there?
Nothing.
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I added a margin tag on portal.css but the only thing it did was indented the links (which is what I wanted) but I want all the blocks to have margins just like the portal here.

What should I do to fix the margins? And something's quite wrong in the center block title too (in Chrome and IE).
Any suggestions? It would be appreciated.
