Getting "Portal >> Board Index" on portal Page

Hello,
I just have a question, on the old portal software I used I was able to have the link to the Board Index and Portal listed on the Portal page. This is what I am trying to get on the Portal page above all the boxes:
Do you know what I mean? I just want to get those links above the boxes. I am using the Prosilver_se style. I tried to just copy the navbar info from the overall_header but it didn't work exactly right. Is there a way to get the navbar settings on the portal?
