Changing forum font size

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?

Hello everyone,
I would like to change the font size in my forum, if you look at the attached picture you will see the font is a little bit small but like to increase the size is the only way to do that?
Also if there's any way that I can change the English titles from sample calendar, clock, subject to any other language were do I need to start editing?
