how can i edit the "recents" block to display latest posts instead of latest topics titles?

I only can see the news block? Anyhow, if you mean the news block, open your acp and click on Mods. After that click on News under the Portal heading and change "Sort in order to the newest posts" to Yes.

no,i mean the "recents" block, recent.html file in /blocks/ folder... the 5th link in the portal menù in the acp..
anyway,you can't see it because you're not registered.

Did you notice that the block is called "Recent topics", therefore I think it should display the recent topics and not the recent posts.

The news block already shows the latest posts.

and it don't show recent posts (last posts) BUT last NEW TOPICS (in the 3rd column). i need to put the LAST POSTS (NOT TOPIC) in the 3rd column.
