After i installed seo mod my forum stopped counting views when i open a topic via portal links....
does anyone know what to change??????

The portal does not count views, it just links to your topics.
It seems like the SEO MOD changes the viewtopic page in a way that prevents it from counting the visit when someone visits with a link like viewtopic.php?f=2&t=560
Still not really a portal problem. Why do you even use a SEO MOD? It does not help much anymore, the search engines are just too smart for something like that.

I don't know which SEO MOD you use, but the following instructions are for the Advanced SEO MOD (just translate them with google translator):
