Description and Message
I'm trying to update my DB from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 but there is no install or update tab. If I try to load domainpath/install/install_update.php directly it just gives me a blank page.
I know this can happen with a normal phpBB upgrade if your config file has stuff written in it. If you replace that with a blank file the tabs re-appearbut that didn't help here.

Yeah, of course, but it doesn't show the update or install tabs. If I try to load one of the other html files they give me a blank page.
