Description and Message
i just installed Board3Portalv1.0.2.
I would like to change block background to my designed image, different block (i.e. news block, announcement block etc.) use different image.
However, i tried many times also can't change it.
Now, it's still showing normal post background colour.
How can i do??
thanks in advance as i am fresh in div or php.....
