automaticly login doesnt work with portal

What have you done before the problem was there?
installed board3portal
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
set the portal off, then the automaticly login work

My logg me in automaticly doesnt work when the portal is enabled.
is it possibly to add this code somewhere in the portal login ?
when i turn the portal off in the admin control panel none of my users have problems with automaticly login. but when i turn the portal on the complaints start comming in.
someone know a solution for this ?
