RSS Feeds Block & Scrolling Content (no iframe)?

I want to create a small block containing rss feed. Would it just be a matter of <--- Including the rss URL into the custom block html?

Thing is I want the block to be a certain height and the amount of content in the block would most certainly be a lot more than the space provided.

Can someone recommend a way to place the RSS feed into a scrollable box without having to use iframe?

To handle the RSS from raidplanner, and display it in a custom block, they have 2 or 3 different styles.
