Adjusting Left and right column width settings

Hi there..

Welcome Message block will make my left column menu shrink if I enter long message into welcome message block, example :

long text in welcome message block


will make my left column shrink

But if i inter short length message, it will not shrink my left colum, example :

short text in welcome message block


left column menu will be nice & ok

I have tried to view with IE7 & firefox 3, same thing happen.

Have you tried to open up welcome.html in portal blocks and alter the width?

Might work if you give it a fixed width...

I have an extremely long (6 paragraph) welcome block and it doesn't alter my side widths.
Try setting your widths and refresh templates and dump cache.
I have my Right side 190, left side 180 in the acp-mods-general settings.
