Not sure what happened there as I was editing my post to add info about my setup and it is now gone.

Running;

PHP 5.2.14
MySql 5.1.50
PHPBB3 3.0.7 PL1

Installed the Portal 1.0.6 with no issues.

The portal works but I have no link in the ACP/.Mods folder and removing it all then adding it did not fix the issue.

I do see in the Admin Rolls/ Misc that Portal is set to No but changing it to yes dose nothing as it sets back to No.
The option for Portal control dose not even show under Group Admin permissions.

Any ideas?

For future reference my problem was with the automod installer and more specifically I had to put a new version of the UMI in place.

MODs installed: Yes (Board3 Portal + AutoMod + Mod version check)

What have you done before the problem was there?
Installed Board3 Portal (by hand)

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Tried reinstalling Portal and also tried added the modules manually but they just don't show up. (same as 1st post)

I've tried installing the board again, to no avail. I keep getting only the Uninstall. I've reverted the changes but the "Install" shows me only 'uninstall'...

Try removing phpbb_portal_config from your database. After that it should work again.

Sorry, but I fail to have this knowledge.
Is there any command line to do that? I've telnet access to the server..
