You sadly deactivate the Portal on your page, so i cannot try to debug. But also your second screen seems to be a different installation... is it local?
Maybe you can try to use my config. this may help, may not (Make a copy from your config first)

Us I have porvato thousand times but the portal me exits axis always outside, renounces to us. Perhaps e' the style that not e' own compatible one to the 100% perche' I in the site have installed 11 mod and I have gone all to good aim. Sin pero' it appealed to a lot the portal to me that you have made tenevvo… rests us however a genius… P.S. excuse I have made as long as you to lose own I do not succeed to install the portal.
