Okay, so now that's sorted, anyone any idea why I still can;t see ICC bosses. Even after a reinstall the same thing, all other raid notices work, except icc 10 and 25.

Re: Raid Progress Block w/ACP
Okay, here are some pictures (linked as I don't have thumbs and don't want to destroy the board!):
here is my homepage at http://www.punished-guild.eu - http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v98/1 ... c/home.jpg
I addes the togc part just to show that the other functions work.
now, here is the block home section:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v98/1 ... ptions.jpg
here is the togc (working) block:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v98/1 ... c/togc.jpg
And here is the icc non-working block:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v98/1 ... fc/icc.jpg
the whole setup is pretty simple to be honest, so I am suprised I can't get this bit right.
I have done a full re-install, but that did not resolve the issue either.

Re: Raid Progress Block w/ACP
Okay. Now it's sorted. I completely deleted the html progress block from my web server and recopied it up (thought a reinstall would do that?) and then redid my cache - popped up perfectly.
Thanks a million!

Re: Raid Progress Block w/ACP
hey guys, sorry i haven't been around much to get to these issues, glad i see others are able to help. The army has been kicking my ass for the last couple months, plus i've been writing a huge new Raid and Event Planner tool in my spare time.

Re: Raid Progress Block w/ACP
for anyone having a problem with images not working if you use the theme selector heres a fix for it
inside portal/block/raid_progress.php
FIND:
and replace that whole line with:
this will remove the append_sid tag on the image link and will make the images work without problem with theme selector enabled
inside portal/block/raid_progress.php
FIND:
Code: Select all
'RP_IMAGE'
Code: Select all
'RP_IMAGE' => "{$phpbb_root_path}styles/" . $user->theme['theme_path'] . "/theme/images/raid_progress/",

Re: Raid Progress Block w/ACP
good call Tal. i don't personally use different themes so i never thought to include that. I will make sure to modify the Cataclysm version to allow theme selection without fucking things up.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICalendar
Yeah, Group calendar 5 allows for exporting ical files to web calendars but all the web calendars that have ical support I find are total stand-alone packages...every PHPBB calendar I have found does not have ical support...oddly enough.
I have asked a few authors of PHPBB calendars but they do not seem interested and yep, 0 knowledge on it so am tempted to try one of the stand-alone ones like http://phpicalendar.net/ and just integrate it into PHPBB3.
Tried to get my guild to switch to a web based event management but they seem to be set on the in-game addon for ease of use and the fact that not everybody registered on the website and seeing now group calendar 5 can snyc itself with the WOW calendar, even more harder to get them to switch lol
But some do want the web based event management and would rather be able to sync all the event data than type it all out again on the website.

Sorry I tend to go by the file extension name which oddly enough is apple calendar's software name xD
