Description and Message
I have Board 3 portal installed and it works for prosilver, but I would like to use it with the WoW Alliance Style, can any help me adjust this style to work with board 3 portal.

For a start your using the prosilver block templates when that style is based on subsilver2, use those ones instead.

As you're using prosilver block templates you may have tried using the prosilver edits, remove them and try the subsilver2 ones instead.
