Layout & Dates issues with IE & Firefox.

MODs installed: No
Your knowledge: Beginner
Boardlink: LOCALHOST

What have you done before the problem was there?
Nothing..

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Checked the web page.

Description and Message
Why are there differences in the layout in 'Latest Global Announcements' using Firefox & IE7 ?

Also why is the date shown differently between the 2 browsers.

The same for the news in compact mode?

Same across my forum..

IE give a different date format to Firefox..

I think it's also affecting when your logged in or not !!

Logged in using Firefox I get dates like :
27 Sep 2008 03:45 pm

Logged in using IE I get dates like :
Sat Sep 27, 2008 3:45 pm

Logged out of IE & FIrefox I get:
Sat Sep 27, 2008 3:45 pm

WHY ???
