Ok I found it by myself !!

How to Update:
- Download and unzip the current release.
- Navigate in the ACP to Customise -> Manage extensions.
- Look for Board3 Portal under the Extensions list, and click its Disable link.
- Delete the old Board3 Portal directory at ext/board3/portal/ from your server.
- Upload the new Board3 Portal directory to ext/board3/portal/ on your server.
- Back in the ACP, click the Enable link.
