I want to hide youtube videos on Latest News module. Is there any way to exclude selected BBCodes for examples [youtube][/youtube]? (video should be available only on full post mode after read more... link redirection).

No, there is currently no way this can be handled. One would have to modify the way phpBB itself handles BBCodes which is out of scope of this extension.
