How to update Portal 210 b1

What have you done before the problem was there?
I download zip and then upload all the folders to root. It only show white page.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I remove and import my backup.

I can see that you are using phpBB 3.0.12 or a similar version of phpBB. Board3 Portal 2.1.0-b1 is not compatible with your version. Board3 Portal 2.0.2 is the currently newest version for your phpBB.
Board3 Portal 2.1.0-b1 is only for phpBB 3.1.0-RC3.
