i have my site config in spanish. portal works fine, but when users logoff, some blocks of portal change to english language, like recent topics, last news, who is online, Global announcements. the only way i found to fix this, was translate english file to spanish. any suggestion?

the translation works fine, but only when users are connected. when disconnect, the portal change some block to english..
