Global announcements not appearing

Hello,
I am trying this interresting and usefull MOD.
After fresh install of phpbb3 (3.0.10) and this MOD (2.0.0) I cannot see the "Global announcements" block on my portal page.
Any help?

You can see the block when they have set up global announcements and have set the user rights for it.

What do you mean by "setting up global announcements"? It is set up without permissions (to allow all users to view it) and without Announcements forums (to retrieve announcements from all the forums)

I can not see global announcements forum.
They show global announcements forum.
If they do not have global announcements in the forum, then they can not see any global announcements on the portal!

Can you see the block with the title "Latest global announcements" here: portal.php ?
This is what my question is about.

No, but that is because you don't have any global announcements or announcements for that matter.

Ask a topic in the forum.
Then they put the issue on global announcements at the bottom right.
