Left (Main menu) colum always visible

From Portal 2.0, the modules are added from DB settings.
I manage to modify style files, so left colum is always visible (forums, faq, gallery, ..)

But main menu is not visible, I think that variables missing.

Please let me know, which part of portal.php file must be included in all other php files, so left menu can be visible in all pages.
Exeample:
site: http://td.borovnica.eu/phpbb/portal.php

Missing left: http://td.borovnica.eu/phpbb/search.php

Site is still uder construction ...

Any tip will help.

If you use phpBB v.3.0.10, then they should take the styles are written for phpBB v.3.0.10.
Please add a download link to the requested phpBB3 style.

Style is made from me. (prosilver se + modifications from portel + my modifications)
Problem is not in style, but from php settings.

This not: http://td.borovnica.eu/phpbb/ucp.php

As you can see the left area is empty, but the code for left area is the some.
