Problem After Installing AcidTech / AcidTech Tiger

nothing.just install the portal and the style.

Hello,im having a problem installing the acidthech style to the portal.Ive installed it correctly as is says in the instructions

This Guide is written for AcidTech, but it works for AcidTech Blood / AcidTech Green / AcidTech Purple / AcidTech Lime / AcidTech Yellow / AcidTech Tiger also. If you want to use this Guide for ..Blood ..Green..Purple ..Lime or Yellow you just have to replace "AcidTech" with the Name of your Style in this Guide.

First you need to download and install this Style. If it works, you can install the Portal for this Style as per description:
From the B3P-download-package you must first perform the install.xml.

copy: root/styles/subsilver2/template/portal/*.* 
to: root/styles/AcidTech/template/portal/*.* 
copy: root/styles/subsilver2/theme/images/portal/*.* 
to: root/styles/AcidTech/theme/images/portal/*.* 

The edited the overall_header.html & breadcrumbs.html

Then followed

This should help if you're receiving problems after changes to the styles system:

Changes to the templates:
Go to your ACP, choose "Styles -> Templates -> your style", which has been changed and click "refresh" - confirm with "yes".

Changes to the themes:
Go to your ACP, choose "Styles -> Themes -> your style", which has been changed and click "refresh" - confirm with "yes".

Changes to the Imagesets:
Go to your ACP, choose "Styles -> Imagesets -> -> your style", which has been changed and click "refresh" - confirm with "yes".

In the end "ACP -> General" --> purge cache

It's recommended to purge your browser cache too.

Now all your changes should appear properly on your site.

and i get this following error

Can anybody help plz?im just tryting to make the portal look like the acidtech like stated above,i followed everything and no luck,please help.[/i]

We do not provide support for premodded + phpbb portal.
Please ask where they get phpbb premodded + portal.
I do not think it's the Board3 portal.

ok,ive done a fresh install of the phpbb and board3 portal.Everything went fine except that there is no Portal link/Button next to the board index,how do i come about this so i can have the portal link/button?so that when i want to go to the portal ill lock on portal,and when i want to go to my forums ill click board index and etc.

Check the instructions in the install.xml style with prosilvser as standard.
If this works you can install the other style.

First you need to download and install this Style. If it works, you can install the Portal for this Style as per description:

i did all that and still no portal link/image

On your server, you can not call the portal.php.
portal.php must be in the forum directory (modded?)!

They have adapted these files and then the root / install / index.php is called?

sorry im having a hard time trying to understand what to do,its not you,its that i dont know.I followed every instructions,ive even moved my forums from/modded to / the root of the server so now its accesible by going to http://www.xx-don-xx.com,ive installed the style and edited the 2 files that it said to edit overall_header.html & breadcrumbs.html and the portal block files,still nothing.Does anybody has this 3 files already edited so i just can upload them to the ftp,i mean it only takes about 3 mins,i did and its not working,dont know what else to do but to have someone that has the files already edited so i can upload them

Please check your permissions. If you don't have the necessary permissions for viewing the portal you'll never see it.

i can view the portal,thats not the problem,the thing is that on the portal page,theres supposed to be a link/button that says portal and one index board,so that when u want to go to the forums you click on index forums/board and when you want to go to the portal you clikc on the portal button.see what im saying?

You also need to visualize the portal for guests (user rights).
I can not help them otherwise.

that is not the problem,again what im saying is that on the portal page,there is supposed to be a link/image that says portal with the image of a small house i believe which is not there,so when users go to the forums,how will they go to the portal if there is ni link/image to go to the portal
