I'm wondering if there is a missing CSS style sheet for board3 portal vs
I'm noticing on my center blocks the background in the blocks stay a dark black color that I don't believe is inherited from the style seeing as there are other blocks that look great. I went back through the install.xml and i don't believe i missed anything with the installation of the current style. But the same color bleed happens on prosilver too. So i'm not sure if there is a file missing or what is going on.
Missing css data for custom modules?
