Updated from phpbb3 portal; various parts broken

What have you done before the problem was there?
I updated phpbb3 Portal 1.2.2 to Board3 Portal 1.0.6.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the portal but the problems remained.

Description and Message
A few problems:

- Column width options seem to do nothing and column width changes between browsers (right column is very wide in IE9 for example).
- "WHO IS ONLINE" section is broken (just says "{ WIO_TOTAL }" etc. and no currently online users stats).
- User avatar doesn't appear in the "User menu" section any more (instead it displays "no_avatar.gif").
- "PEAK POSTERS" and "NEWEST MEMBERS" section doesn't display usernames, just post number and joined date.

I'm using PHPBB3 3.0.8 and the Arrow theme (updated to be 3.0.8 compatible).

First of, please check that you replaced or uploaded the files as instructed in the update instructions. Then make sure you applied the changes for prosilver to your style.

OK I'm an idiot - I forgot to upload the new template and theme files to my Arrow style directory. I fixed some other stuff too. Thanks anyway!
