Fresh install of PHPBB3
Only thing installed is Portal 1.0.6
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Uninstalled, reinstalled both phpbb and board3
Description and Message
After installing PHPBB3 and Board3 I go to configure some of the options and they don't appear to be in the ACP menu anywhere... such as the welcome message block.
Under .MODS
Portal section (the only section), these are the following options available
General Settings
News
Global Announcements
Recent Topics
Wordgraph
Paypal donations
Attachments
Newest members
Poll
Recent bots
Peak posters
Mini calendar
Custom block
Links
Friends
Birthdays
There is no option for Welcome as indicated in several other threads.
Is something not installing correctly or is there an option I managed to miss the 3 different times I've done this install?
The forums are currently installed on a private server before I put everything on my webhost, so I can't give you access, I can provide screen shots or whatever else you might want though.

Run the installer again. First run the uninstall and afterwards install it again.

odd, that fixed it butt i'm just curious why it wasn't there to begin with when it didn't give any errors.
Oh well.
On another note, I have a portal mod called "raid progression" and "portal view" installed, both seem to work fine, however.. if I view anything in the forums (topic, post, users, settings,etc) only the block items that are built into portal work, nothing else does. Is there a file/section I have to edit to get everything to continue to show up?
