Cant Uninstall Board3

Description and Message
I'm trying to uninstall board 3 from my site and I ran the install file and it took me to ACP and I go through the uninstall steps and I get a message that says Board3 has been successfully uninstalled and to delete or rename the install file. I did that, Cleared all my cache, refresh all the styles and I still have the portal. I have done this 3 times with the same result. How do I remove this mod? Thanks

You have to undo the edits mentioned in the install file after running the "Uninstall".
