cannot refresh template

Hello, i have problem, i make changes in a block, in tempolate,

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Im try with clean cache, and refresh template, and theme

When i do refresh tempate, i wait for 2 minutes, and the screen going to black, i cannot refresh the templeate from acp panel, whats is wrong? i need to reinstall the portal? i make a changes to any block, please tellme what to need to do! to fix this, thanks

I don't think this is a portal issue, since Board3 Portal is not responsible for refreshing the template. Did you try to enable debug in your config.php?
