How can you tell a theme is based off of prosilver?

It's more just a general question how can you tell if a theme is based off of prosilver? i'm realising now as i code, that prosilver based themes are much better than subsilver based themes.

You have to open the Install instructions.
Then you can see it.

Take a look at phpbb3styles.net. If you look at the demo of a style, it will also show on what style it is based right next to the style name.
