i just installed a new phpbb and this portal. i tried to do from the instruction. Then, after i finished the installation with install from install_portal/install.php;
i get this message:

i thought i was wrong edited the file or wrong place the file/folder. so i tried again, and still i got that message...
after frustrated, i decide to view my web homepage, but instead go to my site's homepage, i got this message:
