I have installed the board according to instructions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have triple checked includes ensuring al edits were correct

Guess what, my friend the search has returned some information to me: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3461&hilit=Duplicate+entry

Just replace the 119 with 118 in the Query.

Since this request, I deleted everything and started over. My new General Error is as follows:

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Table 'declu0_declutter12.phpbb_portal_config' doesn't exist [1146]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

I checked the includes/constant.php file, everything is where it should be. Should I use the same resolution for this or is there another resolution that you can point me to.

Did you run the installer again?

Ok....I must admit, I'm embarassed . I did not run the install again. I just ran it and it's up and running.
