you could try http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... &t=1659385 or work out how to add a custom page to phpbb. once you have the code working inside of phpbb you should be able to get portal blocks loaded using portalview

I was thinking about at begin of php code to add "include header..." "include block..."
But dont know what to include that would work...
