I am wondering why in Chrome and Firefox my portal looks perfect but in IE it's missing all kinds of blocks and it doesn't obey any of the sizes you put in the admin area

If you really use B3P 1.0.2 i would advice you to make an update. There where a lot of bugfixes done since this version

I downloaded it but haven't tackled it yet...

I updated the board to 3.06 tonight and that went well...so maybe the portal in the next few days

can I update from 1.02 to 1.04 or do i have to update to 1.03 first??

You have to update to 1.0.3 first.
