Just installed board3 Portal

Uninstall, then install again, but couldn't uninstall at all.
Description and Message
Ok, I've installed board3 Portal. Then, when I went to the control panel, I've seen its settings in the column on the left, but when I clicked ANY of them - nothing, just only a white page. So I said - no problems, I will just reinstall. Run /install/index.php, select UNINSTALL, but it does nothing. It says that it is uninstalled, but I can still open the link, the DB tables are still there, everything is working as it is still installed. Only the portal disappeared from the ACP. When I open /install/index.php, it again detects that it is installed and I can select uninstall again, but it does nothing again... if I open for the 3rd time /install/index.php - it shows as installed again... and so on. So, as a final question: what should I do to get it installed and working

P.S.: I restored from a DB backup, made just before I tried to uninstall, so I am back to baste 1: board3 portal is installed, but whenever I click on any of its link on the ACP page - I just get white screen.
