Description and Message
I have lost my website. If you can help get it back, please, please please help. I installed Board3 portal and from that moment (if you can call 50 minutes of installation a moment), my index.php file was not working. I replaced all the files with a backup I made and my website is still down. I've even gone to facebook links to try to burrow back into my site. If anyone can help, please do so. I've been awake for three days straight. www.theatrenetwork.com.au

Re: 1.0.4 installation disaster
My website's been down for more than two days. Nobody has helped me and I have no idea what to do so I'm going to reinstall phpbb3 all over again and redo the thousand or so hours I've put into it. This board3 portal has been a massive hinderance. That's an understatement.
Re: 1.0.4 installation disaster
The Portal isnt the massive hinderance, but the guy who doesnt understand how to read and follow an install instruction.
B3P runs on thousands of Boards without any problem, and if you dont get any help with your problem its probably cause we have to do a lot of real life things in this pre-Christmas period...
(it isnt meant as bad as it sounds, sorry )

Re: 1.0.4 installation disaster
FULL backups are golden..........
I had the same problem but I always backup the full site before modifying it in case I blow it (too many distractions around me all the time). I deleted the modified site and restored to the pre-mod version in a few seconds. Works for me.
Restoring over the top of a modified version rarely works.

Re: 1.0.4 installation disaster
If you really resetted all your changes and deleted all additionally files from B3P, I would to suggest to clear your cache over ftp. root/cache (except .htaccess and index.htm)
