News in portal

It is possible to publish news (from a forum) in the portal´s main page? But...ONLY topics...not answers from users...

It is a pity if users can not comment news (because their answers are published too in the portal's main page...

In settings for news ( ADM > .mod > news ) set compact style to YES. You will get compact style.
There is also other settings for news.

If this is not right, you can change code in file, which display news. ( look into styles\Your style name\template\portal\block )
