acp tab not in the admin panel

What have you done before the problem was there?
upgraded from 1.02 to 1.03 unsuccessfully

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I removed the first installation and reinstalled

Description and Message
After a botched attempt to upgrade 1.02 to 1.03 I used the "uninstall portal" and deleted all portal files from the board. After the uninstall it stated "remove successful".

I installed the portal 1.03 from scratch and got it going. When I went to use the install script it only gives me a uninstall tab not a install tab.

The admin control panel does not have the portal tab in it.

What is the best way for me to make it appear?

Just delete the portal_config table inside your database and you should be able to install the portal again.

I ran the Mod install again and everything is working on my forum..
