Recently moved servers but portal was functioning properly for 2 weeks on new server and for the last two years on another

Description and Message
I have been using this portal for a couple years or so, on version 1.02 at this time.
After we switched servers a few weeks ago we were up and running fine with no issues and then this past monday we get this error on the portal page:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]
Table 'glonetwo_gl1200goldwings.PORTAL_CONFIG_TABLE' doesn't exist [1146]
An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
I ran again the install script and the only portal table formed in the database is the phpbb3_portal_config and yet i still get this error.
Why do I get this error when the table does exist?
