Guys could this mod, With a bad edit on my part cause a white blank screen when trying to move forums into other categories?

I'd say: no.
The portal is not involved in such actions.

Three mods I added Rep points, Arcade, and Portal.

It's all trial and error

I assumed perhaps it was this mod because it' calls for an edit to the adm/index.php

Off I go continuing my search
