What have you done before the problem was there?
Installed the board and the database installed correctly no errors

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Re done all of the files and checked them all and re uploaded.

Basically my forum is coming up blank?

I have done everything I can think of, it will not let me go into the admin either.

If anyone could have a look for me, I will give temporary login details for the ftp.

Need it sorted asap.

I guess you've build in an error during the file edits. It must be a basic core file, like the functions.php or common.php
Check it again - maybe replace the files by the original ones, one by one, to sort out which file is affected.

I have replaced them all with the original files and still not luck.

Okay, maybe i got it fixed. But your server seems to be overloaded right now:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Too many connections [1040]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

No blank page anymore.

As i wrote before - this was the solution:

You had line breaks after the ?> in the functions.php and constants.php.
So you cant have checked the files properly. Next time please read all hints carefully and try them yourself.

Took another look, your server is barely back online. After manually purging the forum cache (which takes hours) your forum is back.
Additionally you forgot to upload the portal.css, i've done it now, but you have to recompile / refresh the template in the ACP to get it in effect.

I did check them files and change them and it did not work so I changed them back
