I saw that you are using the prosilver style (or similar)!
I have the same problem with width of "middle part"! I´m using subsilver2. My phpbb is 3.0.4. I have MODs but nothing abaout style!

I Would like to know waht do you did to solve your problem? Please!
I need to use the subsilver2 style! Thanks!
