Portal Block Colors are different from my main theme color.

What have you done before the problem was there?
It worked great before I tried to modify my "ProDark" theme.

I went to the ACP and Clicked LOAD SETTINGS-->Recompile stale style components: Changed to YES!
I modified the Theme, and when I returned back to the Portal page...I got a mixed ProDark, and ProSilver Portal page!

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I tried uploading the original files, and started checking the files for modifications...I can't seem to find the correct css file to change the side panels from #DDE9F0; to #000000;
I have tried going to the ACP and Clicked LOAD SETTINGS-->Recompile stale style components: and Changing to back to No!
I have also tried from the ACP "Purge Cache".

Description and Message
I want to change the Blue (#DDE9F0;) side panels to black (#000000;). All of the rest of the "prodark" theme looks fine.

Maybe some one can direct me to the correct CSS file to change the "Blocks" background back to black. If you do know the location of the CSS file, please explain the proper way to implement the changes.

I found the solution.

I had to go back to:
ACP and Clicked LOAD SETTINGS-->Recompile stale style components: Changed to YES!

And then I started playing around with the "portal.css".

I got the colors I wanted.
