Menu to change blocks position

Hi,

I have seen a few questions here about how to move blocks on the portal, and how it is explained in the Knowledge base. But maybe it is possible to make a Block management module in the ACP? Like the forum management module, where you can change the orde of the forums by just clicking an up or down arrow..

I think this would be a very nice enhancement for Board3Portal users. One I would gladly see in a future version...
