MySQL install error

Hi!

I just installed the 0.2.1 portal and went to 'portal.php'. When I got there, it just showed a MySQL error:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Table 'phpBB3-usa.PORTAL_CONFIG_TABLE' doesn't exist [1146]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

I read in this post that:

If you receive a MySQL error after the update, please use our PinUp (Installer / Updater / Uninstaller) File, to uninstall the portal. Right after that run a full install with the PinUp.

However, upon navigating to the PInUp installer (the install_portal/install.php file), it only gives me the option to Install, like it did the first time. How do I uninstall it first?

Have you already installed the portal with PinUp?
Have you done the changes to the includes/constants.php?

Wow, i feel stupid.

I made the changes, but forgot to save-upload the changed files.
