Why is not "news block" for visitors even though I selected the ACP permissions for them.

Hello everybody. I need a little help on a problem. I put board3 portal on the forum index and I renamed portal.php in index.php but some modules are still links that work only with portal.php, for example Latest news that is the bottom number of pages (1,2,3,4 ... 200) and the link remained /portal...
