Thanks Victory for the suggestion ..but I figured it out ..
The solution was easier solved as expected ..problem was in a oversized image in one of the center blocks .. after changing its size it was back to normal ..
For those having a similar problem, check the size of whatever you've put into any ...

WW1 , WW2 ,coldwar ..Were a global military historica collectors forum ..maybe a bit 'loaded' theme .. :shock:
Its quite different in looks and pretty heavily modded ..

Stll fiddling with the portal .. this is not the definate layout for the portal yet , we've just updated it last night to portal ...

Recently have upgraded board3 on my forum(3.0.10- Proformell ) from version 1.06 to the new 2.0.0b1.
Upgrade went nice but at second sight I noticed something strange ..

When im not logged on the portal displays as it should ..(I'm using Firefox as my webbrowser)
But as soon as i log on ...
