Ok... figured it out. Must be done in the root/styles/THEME_NAME/template/portal/portal_body.html file

By the way, notice the missing user names in the "top poster" block?
And in the "User Menu" block... I have { UNREAD_POSTS } instead of the data
Any idea why?

Sorry, I did disable the portal as it was not working right and was not sure when I might get support... I have it enabled now.
