I had to manually take them out of portal_body.html

Well I uninstalled, and did a fresh install of 1.0.5 and it works fine, minus a few things -If I disable the right column in ACP it doesn't actually disable it, same thing with the main menu/whois/search on the right, I can't disable them, it seems like the ACP can't control them.. any thoughts? htt...
