I love the 1.6 version and want to upgrade to 2.0.0 , but cant really until I can get working the ca_black theme on it.

No. If you add manual blocks, they are only editable manually. You can enable and disable the view of them from non logged in users, but thats about all I believe.

Its ok, I figured it out. Its all down to the swf. You can download these from various sites and change accordingly.
